Privacy Policy

Nori has been discontinued. We are no longer signing up users, collecting new data, or running the assistant. This notice explains what data Nori Labs, Inc. ("Nori", "we", "us") still holds, how it is handled while we wind the service down, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we held

While Nori operated, we kept:

• Account details you gave us directly, such as your name and email address.
• Content from the third-party accounts you chose to connect (for example email, calendar, and contacts), which the assistant read and processed in order to do its work.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, and product analytics.

We did not sell your data, and we did not use the contents of your connected accounts to train AI models.

What is happening to that data now

• Collection has stopped. The application is offline and all connected-account access has been revoked on our side.
• The third-party processors that held data on our behalf have been disconnected or had their access terminated, and the search index (vector store) built from your content has been deleted.
• The records that remain are sealed in a private database that no longer accepts outside access. We will permanently delete them by September 30, 2026.

Removing access yourself

If you connected a Google or Microsoft account, you can also remove Nori from that provider's "third-party apps" or security settings for your own peace of mind. Nori's own access has already been revoked.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we still hold about you, or to delete it ahead of the date above. Email us and we will take care of it.
